Point and crossing points and crossing are special arrangement on the track to facilitate smote diversion of train from One track to another. Important terms in points and crossing main track: track from which are trains to be diverted is called main track. Branch track : track to which a train is diverted is called branch track.  Ssc je examination is held every year for the post of junior engineer.every year approx 5/6 lakh students apply for this but only few can qualify . So what is the reason for this have you ever examined that??. So the base reason is that student just think of qualifying the cutoff marks... But obtaining cutoff mark can only make the student to seat in mains exam ,it will not qualify you for ssc je . So my opinion is that bring marks more than the qualifying marks both in prelim as well as mains , because ssc make merits  for ssc je by combining both prelim and mains. I am going to provide the cutoff marks for ssc je prelim 2017 cutoff sc - 106 st-103 obc-129 ews-121 ur-131 for ssc je 2018 mains
